Welcome to Flex Pilates ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://flexpilates.in and our mobile application (Flex Pilates India). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.

The information provided through our Services, including Physiotherapy and Pilates exercises, is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.

4.1 Booking  

You can book appointments through our website or app. All bookings are subject to availability. 

4.2 Cancellation Policy  

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5.1 Fees 

All fees for services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. 

5.2 Refunds  

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree to respect the privacy and rights of other users.

All content, including text, images, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Flex Pilates and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flex Pilates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
