Reformer Group Classes

Privates are tailored to the client, making them ideal for addressing any specific needs or goals. Private sessions are one instructor with one client and are scheduled at a time convenient for both. During the one hour session the client will use multiple pieces of equipment as well as learn exercises that can be done at home to maintain the practice.

Pearl Pilates offers a one hour complimentary session for new clients. The best way to get started is to schedule a complimentary session, during which you will meet the instructor, get a tour of the studio, discuss goals and start moving to determine a good starting point.

Private classes

Privates are for those with specific goals or needs. These sessions are tailored to to make the program ideal for addressing Client's needs and goals. 

Flex Pilates offers a one 45 mins orientation session for new clients, during which you will meet the instructor, get a tour of the studio, get acquainted with equipment through a workout, discuss goals and start moving to determine a good starting point, before joining a group class.
