Shipping and deliveries terms

We currently ship within India. International shipping may be available upon request.

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

- Free shipping on orders over Rs.10,000/-.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at admin@flexpilates.in within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Local pickup is available from our studio at Hyderabad during business hours. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or certain remote locations. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@flexpilates.in . Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
