S Shashi Kumar completed his masters in sports physiotherapy from Apollo Institute of medical sciences. He has been working with us as a Senior Physiotherapist. He believes in manual techniques rather than conventional therapies that are usually used in physiotherapy. His expertise are in manual muscle releases, joint mobilizations, and Integrated sports.

Ayesha is a sports physiotherapist holding a masters degree in Sports from Apollo college of Physiotherapy.
She is specialized in handling athletes and effectively treating them using techniques like Myofascial release, lymphatic draining and Mobilization techniques.
She is also trained in Pilates and
her expertise are in training Pilates for Athletes and Geriatric population.
Nasreen comes to us as a physiotherapist, having graduated from NTR University of Health Sciences in 2014. She has also completed her post graduation in Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the same University, specializing in all the manual therapy techniques like Myofascial release techniques, Spinal mobilisations, Lymphatic drainage, Dry needling, Kinesiotaping.
Nasreen being caring, compassionate and patient, is extremely proficient dealing the clients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, sports physiotherapy, paediatrics, women health, geriatric conditions, their pain management and rehabilitation.
She is skilled in diagnosing, assessing and treating problems. She educates, encouraging exercise and movement, advising clients on leading a healthy lifestyle.
She is passionate in staying up to date with developments in physical therapy and manual treatments.
Umaima and Flex founder Chandana's acquaintanceship dates back to 2010. Three years ago, Umaima joined Flex Pilates as a client where upon noticing her passion for the form and everything Pilates in general, Chandana recommended she do a STOTT Pilates MAT course. From there on there was no turning back for Umaima who went on to do a STOTT Pilates Reformer Course from Singapore. Somewhere in between, she was offered an instructor position by Chandana and that's how we have this lovely lady and excellent instructor as part of our team today.
Harshita has a fashion degree but found her calling to teaching when she started practising pilates three years ago. She is free spirited and unleashes her creativity through designing handlooms as well as interior spaces.
She wants to spread the principle of mindful movement through pilates, to make workouts more enjoyable and injury free not only within the studio but also in everyday life.
She promotes eating locally and is an avid reader who believes that the key to leading a balanced life lies in holistic development. She is a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor
Phani is a software engineer by profession and a Pilates instructor by disposition. He discovered Pilates almost by accident - when his wife's knee pain had reduced due to this "different" exercise and he wanted to find out how. He soon found out Pilates vastly improved his body awareness, posture, strength and balance. He found visible benefits were there across a range of activities - lifting weights at the gym / yoga asanas / cycling / running / just sitting long hours at office desk - form, balance, control and performance went up several notches across the board. Instructor training was a natural next step for him and he got himself trained in STOTT Pilates.
He would like to share his learnings and enable small but steady improvements to everyday activities of clients, both inside and outside the studio!
Nikhil is a Certified Fitness Trainer by profession. He's very passionate to help people to change their lives in the simplest and realistic way possible. He believes that everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
Ammar is a B Pharm graduate whose love for fitness started with a passion for playing football. After suffering an injury that stopped him from playing, he became interested in sports rehab, as well using low impact methods of using the body to keep fit and developing core muscles. He began practicing calisthenics after becoming fascinated by how bodies can move in different ways and challenge strength with minimal equipment. For two years he has been offering personal training to many happy clients, and eventually began training as a Pilates instructor with a view to adding more diversity to his training programmes, and to further develop his love for sports’ injury prevention and rehabilitation. He now loves to mix his fast-paced workouts with Pilates, paying special attention to promoting correct form across all types of exercise.
While growing up in Australia sports and a physical activity has been a big part of her life. Pilates has helped her continue maintaining her physical fitness levels while also helped her in postural corrections. During her journey with Pilates she has developed great awareness and acceptance towards her body.
A mom to two beautiful girls, she loves working with children.
Her goal is to help children and adults understand their body, strengthening it and move to a more loving and accepting space towards their bodies. She believes that through “right movement” and mindful eating we all can reach to this space.
