At Flex Pilates, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
1.1 Physiotherapy Sessions
Refunds for physiotherapy sessions are generally not provided once the session has commenced. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 5 days of your session, and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
1.2 Pilates Classes
Refunds for group or private Pilates classes are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellation by Studio: If a class is canceled by us, you will be offered the option to reschedule the class or receive a full refund.
- Cancellation by Client: If you cancel a class booking with at least 12 hours' notice, you may be eligible for a no refund or the option to reschedule the class. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice are not eligible for any negotiation.
2.1 Class Packages
Refunds for unused classes in a package are available under the following conditions:
- Request within 5 Days:Refund requests must be made within 5 days of purchase, provided no classes were commenced. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
- Partial Usage: If you have used some classes in a package, the refund amount will be not be refunded or transferred.
2.2 Memberships
Refunds for memberships are subject to the following conditions:
- Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your membership at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Memberships: If you cancel an annual membership within 5 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the remaining time in your membership, minus a cancellation fee if applicable.
Refunds for special events, workshops, or retreats are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellation by Studio: If we cancel an event, workshop, or retreat, you will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your participation in an event, workshop, or retreat with at least 14 days' notice, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the event's terms and conditions. Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice are not eligible for a refund unless a replacement participant can be found.
Gift cards and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be transferable to another person if permitted by the terms of the specific gift card or promotion.
To request a refund, please contact us at admin@flexpilates.in or 8008502283 with your booking details and reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Any processing fees or charges applied by your payment provider are not refundable.
Certain services, such as completed physiotherapy sessions, customized programs, or digital content (e.g., online courses), are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific service's terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
